What is accelerator BZ (ZDBC)?

Accelerator BZ (ZDBC) is a very active non-discoloring, non-staining accelerator for EPDM (non-blooming dosage in EPDM is up to 2.0 phr while other dithiocarbamates are limited to 0.8 phr maximum before bloom occurs), as well as NR and SBR latexes.

What is ZDBC used for?

Good storage stability. ZDBC is used as secondary ultra accelerator for thiazole and sulfenamide cure systems in general purpose polymers (NR, SBR, IIR, EPDM). It can be used as a primary accelerator in specialty applications as well as in latex. In latex applications ZDBC is mainly used in transparent goods and in prevulcanized latex.

What is accelerator BZX?

* Accelerator BZX is an oil treated version. Accelerator BZ is also available as Akroform® ZDBC-75/EPR/P. This polymeric masterbatch contains 75% Accelerator BZ and has a specific gravity of 1.15. Polymer bound or encapsulated dispersions are a proven means of upgrading plant safety, efficienc1y, quality and raw material control.

What is Westco BZ?
