What is accelerator DPTT?

Accelerator DPTT is a non-discoloring and non-staining accelerator. It is a very active sulfur-bearing accelerator and contains approximately 25% available sulfur. DPTT imparts unusually good heat resistance to sulfurless compounds and may be used as a primary accelerator for Hypalon and Butyl as well as an excellent secondary accelerator for EPDM.

Can akrochem DPTT cause skin irritation?

Akrochem DPTT may cause skin irritation in some individuals. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin. Avoid breathing dust or vapor. Use with adequate ventilation. Accelerator DPTT is also available as Akroform® DPTT-70/EPR/P (pellets). This polymeric masterbatch contains 70% Accelerator DPTT and has a specific gravity of 1.29.
